🧳

1) Add your first voyage

Start with the basics so your Dashboard, countdowns, voyage alerts, and Cruise Log can come to life.

  • Give your voyage a name.
  • Add start and end dates for sorting, countdowns, and trip timing.
  • Add ship, cabin, flights, hotel, and transportation details.
  • Choose whether the voyage should appear on your Dashboard.
Tip: Use Pre-Trip and Post-Trip days for hotels, flights, or extra vacation days before or after your cruise.
💳

2) Track financial details

The Financial section keeps cruise balances, payments, onboard credit, and reminders organized.

  • Add onboard credit so your Dashboard can total it across voyages.
  • Add your cruise cost and deposit paid.
  • You can return to Edit Voyage later to add additional payments.
  • Mark a voyage as paid in full if it is already paid in full.
  • Add a final payment date so Trip Center and Voyage Voyage Alerts can remind you before it is due.
  • Add expected Latitude points to track progress toward your next NCL status level.
Tip: Check the “No excursions planned” box if you are not planning any excursions for this voyage.

3) Add ports and sea days

Add your itinerary in order so Cruise Log, maps, stats, and Trip Center stay accurate.

  • Add each port of call in sailing order.
  • Include your starting and ending port when you want the full route shown.
  • Use Sea Day for days at sea.
  • Use the up and down controls to reorder ports.
  • Hide a port if you do not want it counted in Cruise Log stats.
Tip: Use ◉ to hide the final port if this is a closed-loop sailing.
Tip: Add Arrive, All Aboard, and Depart times to help keep Trip Center updated during your voyage.
Tip: If the starting and ending port are the same, you can hide one of them if you only want it counted once.
🗓️

4) Build your Voyage Planner

Use the planner to keep activities, excursions, dining, reminders, and daily plans together.

  • Add excursions you are interested in, then mark them as booked when ready.
  • Add agenda items by day and time so your plan stays organized.
  • Add arrival, all aboard, and departure times in Ports of Call so Trip Center shows the right daily context.
  • Use notes for confirmation numbers, meeting spots, reminders, or travel details.
